What is your shipping policy, and how long do orders take to ship?

We provide free worldwide shipping.

It can take anywhere from 3 - 7 business days to arrive, depending on the product (dimensions / type / weight), the manufacturer's location, your location, and each country's respective custom laws - something we have no control over.

 By using low cost economical shipping centers, we can provide free shipping and if the shipping process loses your item, we'll refund you.

Do I get order tracking and automatic notifications about my order?

Absolutely! We send you confirmation once your goods have been fulfilled and shipped and you will receive a tracking number with it for use!

Please allow a few days for your tracking number to update.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer safe and secure payment with credit card or PayPal, unfortunately our current business model does NOT support money orders.

How do I modify my order?

Contact us as fast as possible because it may not be possible to modify the order if it has already been fulfilled and shipped. There may also be restocking fees which apply.
